Privacy

How DevStacker handles form submissions.

This page explains, in plain terms, what information the forms on this site collect and how it's used. It isn't a substitute for formal legal advice, and it isn't a claim of compliance with any specific privacy regulation.

What we collect

Only what's needed to respond to your request.

The forms on this site (the Free Digital Systems Audit, the project inquiry form, and the Contact form) collect information such as your name, business email, company name, website URL, and a description of your project or technical situation. Some forms include optional fields for more context, like current tools or timeline.

Please do not send passwords, API keys, or other sensitive access credentials through any form on this site. If deeper technical access is genuinely needed, it's arranged separately and securely.

Why we collect it

To review and respond to your request.

Information submitted through these forms is used to understand what you're asking about, prepare a response, and follow up by email. It isn't used for unrelated marketing, and it isn't sold to third parties.

Third-party infrastructure

Form submissions may pass through third-party infrastructure.

Depending on how DevStacker's form submission and email delivery are configured, third-party form-processing or email infrastructure may process your submission on DevStacker's behalf. Any such provider is used solely to deliver and manage submissions to DevStacker.
