Digital infrastructure
The systems behind the systems.
Websites, CRM, automation, and business email all depend on a technical layer most customers never see. DevStacker configures and manages that foundation — through appropriate third-party providers — so the systems people actually use have a reliable place to run.
Domain → DNS → SSL → Server → Application → Database
What infrastructure means
The visible system is only as reliable as what's under it.
Customers see the website, the portal, the CRM login. Behind that sits the domain, DNS, hosting, database, email delivery, SSL, backups, and access controls — the layer that determines whether everything else actually works, and keeps working.
Domain & DNS
Small records, large consequences.
Domain configuration and DNS records — A, CNAME, MX, TXT, subdomains — quietly control where the website, email, and service integrations actually point. Incorrect DNS can break the website, break email, or break a third-party integration, often without an obvious cause. We handle configuration and migrations carefully, without turning it into something the business needs to understand line by line.
Cloudflare & SSL
DNS management, caching, and encrypted connections.
Where appropriate, we configure Cloudflare for DNS management, proxy and CDN functionality, and SSL/TLS — along with basic traffic protection and caching configuration. It's a useful layer, not a guarantee: Cloudflare reduces certain kinds of risk, it doesn't prevent every possible attack, and DevStacker configures it as a tool rather than operating it as our own platform.
Business email infrastructure
The records that decide whether your email is trusted.
Mail Exchange
Tells the internet where incoming mail for your domain should actually go.
Sender Policy Framework
Declares which systems are authorized to send email on your domain's behalf.
DomainKeys Identified Mail
Cryptographic signing that helps receiving systems verify a message wasn't altered.
Domain-based Reporting
A policy and reporting layer built on top of SPF and DKIM alignment.
Transactional Sending
How your website, CRM, or apps send confirmation and notification emails through an appropriate provider.
Correct configuration strengthens the foundation. It does not guarantee inbox placement — final delivery also depends on sender reputation, message content, sending behavior, and the receiving system's own filtering, none of which any provider fully controls.
Hosting & VPS configuration
Configured on infrastructure we don't own.
DevStacker configures hosting and VPS environments, application deployment, database setup, PHP/runtime configuration, cron jobs, SSL, and environment setup — on appropriate third-party infrastructure. We're not a hosting company; we're the team that sets it up correctly and keeps it working.
Deployment & migration
Risk managed, not eliminated.
Site migrations, CRM or application migrations, DNS cutovers, and database migrations all carry some risk. We manage it deliberately — backup before changes, a configuration review, and a rollback plan where appropriate — rather than promising a zero-downtime outcome no honest provider can guarantee.
Backups
A backup only helps if it actually works.
A backup is only useful if it exists, it's recent enough, it contains the data that's actually needed, and it can be restored when the time comes. All four matter — a backup nobody has tested is a guess, not a safety net.
Not every project includes offsite backup or restore testing by default — scope is agreed upfront.
Access & security foundations
Reducing avoidable risk.
We handle the practical basics: HTTPS, sensible permissions, account and access management, credential handling, keeping software updated, basic server hardening, and restricting admin access where practical.
This reduces avoidable risk — it does not make a system immune to compromise. DevStacker is not a penetration-testing or enterprise cybersecurity provider.
Monitoring
Knowing something broke before a customer tells you.
Existing providers?
Working well doesn't need replacing.
If your current provider works well, we don't replace it just to create more work. DevStacker can potentially work with your existing hosting, VPS provider, domain registrar, Cloudflare account, email provider, or backup service. Changes should have a real technical or business reason — not happen by default.
Infrastructure in the connected stack
Everything above this depends on it.
All three depend on DNS, hosting, email, SSL, database, and backups underneath them — infrastructure supports the rest of the stack rather than sitting apart from it as an isolated service.
To be clear
What DevStacker is — and isn't.
DevStacker is not:
- A hosting network owner
- A physical data center
- An internet service provider
- An email provider
- A domain registrar
- An enterprise cybersecurity or penetration-testing firm
DevStacker configures and manages technology using appropriate third-party providers and tools, within the agreed scope. That's a deliberate choice, not a limitation we're working around.
